Cool list!! Thinks for stopping by my page & commenting. I'm glad I could help some by sharing my journey. I really need to get back to blogging and back on track. I let life take over again and have gained back about 15 lbs in 6 months. I need to get back on track & get back to exercising & "back to basics" as we say. I'll be 2 years out from surgery next month. Even though I've gained back a little, I'm more conscious of my choices and wouldn't change a thing! The sleeve surgery was the best thing I've ever done for myself!!! Good luck with your surgery & recovery!
